Feliciana and her family group  of 10 have been working clay and making traditional large ollas for generations. She and her sisters and other  family members formerly worked in Simona Gomez ´s  group until they separated  a few years ago to form their own group.

Feliciana and her sisters and sister-in-law are known for their large ollas used in fiestas  and their everyday ware, such as plates, smaller ollas and pichanchas ( traditional clay sieves) .

 

They have won many prizes at the State Concurso Fray Bartolome (judged art show).

 

They also make the  well-known palomas (doves), and other novelties such as earrings, , various planters in the shape of palomas, peacocks and seashells as well as dolls and mini-sets for the kitchen.
